Located on the boarder of the University of Cincinnati, This project focuses on the needs and comfort of its residents. The project is comprised of a modular housing system where each resident has control of two operable louver systems for their unit. Each apartment is equipt with a large outdoor space to occupy as they see fit. The project allows for maximum customization of units so residents truly feel at home. On a hot windy day, residents may opt to open both louver systems, opening up the project as a whole and allowing for cool winds to enter the building. On hot still days, residents may leave both louvers shut blocking out the sunlight from entering and overheating their spaces. The Ground floor features various public programs designed to engage with both students of the University of Cincinnati and its surrounding neighborhoods.
